Ingredients

 Lime juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey
 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie chili sauce
 Water1 Tablespoon
 Ground pepper1 Dash
 2 cups torn Bibb lettuce
 Iceberg lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups torn curly endive
 2 medium-size pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
 2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
 1/2 small ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 18 thin slices

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover and chill.
Combine lettuces and endive; toss well.
Place 1 cup lettuce mixture on each individual salad plate.
Arrange grapefruit sections, orange sections, and avocado on lettuce; drizzle lime mixture evenly over salads.
