Citrus Salad With Honey Lime Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Lime juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey | ||
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie chili sauce | ||
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 2 cups torn Bibb lettuce | ||
| Iceberg lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups torn curly endive | ||
| 2 medium-size pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned | ||
| 2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned | ||
| 1/2 small ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 18 thin slices | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover and chill.
Combine lettuces and endive; toss well.
Place 1 cup lettuce mixture on each individual salad plate.
Arrange grapefruit sections, orange sections, and avocado on lettuce; drizzle lime mixture evenly over salads.
