 Unflavored gelatin1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Grapefruit juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Orange juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 medium-sized grapefruit, sectioned
 2 medium-sized oranges, sectioned
 1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
 2 unpeeled apples, washed, cored, and chopped
 1 banana, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
 Plain yogurt

Directions

1. Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Heat the remaining water and honey to boiling and add to the soaked gelatin. Stir to dissolve gelatin.
2. Add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well and chill until the mixture just shows signs of setting.
3. Fold in the fruit sections, nuts, apple, and banana. Pour into a lightly oiled 1 1/2- to 2-quart mold or serving dish. Chill well.
