Ingredients

 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
 2 cups unsweetened pink grapefruit juice
 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
 Sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup lemon-flavored sparkling water, chilled

Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
2. Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint. Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
