1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup REALEMON® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
4 (1 inch thick) salmon, halibut or swordfish steaks
Directions
In large shallow dish or plastic bag, combine juices, oil and dill weed; mix well.
Add fish.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove fish from marinade; heat marinade thoroughly.
Grill or broil until fish flakes with fork, basting frequently with marinade.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
