Citrus Grilled Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), thawed | |
| Steak sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 (8-ounce) beef club or strip steaks, about 1 inch thick | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, steak sauce, sherry and garlic.
Place steaks in glass dish; coat with 1/2 cup orange juice mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
In small saucepan, over medium heat, heat remaining orange juice mixture; keep warm.
Remove steaks from marinade.
Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until done, turning once.
Serve steaks with reserved warm orange sauce.
