Citrus Fruit Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) grapefruit juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange juice
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
2 tsp (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp (10 ml) sugar
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 ml) julienned citrus peel
Directions
– In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Let meat or fish marinate for 1 to 24 hours.
