Citrus Fish Broil Recipe

1 1/4 pounds fresh fish fillets
1/2 cup HEINZ® Chili Sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon HEINZ® Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Cut fish into 4 pieces; place in shallow baking dish.
In small bowl, combine chili sauce, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and oil; pour over fish, turning to coat.
Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Preheat broiler.
Place fish on greased broiler pan; spoon any remaining chili sauce mixture over fish.
Broil 4 inches from heat source, allowing 10 minutes cooking time for each inch of fish thickness.
Fish is cooked when it turns opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Sprinkle parsley over fish before serving.
