 Orange juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lime juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange zest1 Tablespoon, grated
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Dash hot sauce
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 4 chicken leg quarters

Directions

In small saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, orange zest, garlic, sugar and hot sauce.
Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and whisk in oil; cool.
Place chicken in shallow dish and prick skin in several places with a fork.
Pour marinade over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade and place chicken skin side down on lightly greased rack of broil pan.
Discard marinade.
Broil at Lo Broil setting 8 inches from heat for 16 minutes.
Turn chicken over and continue broiling 12 to 14 minutes or until done.
