 Cornflakes2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup Grape Nuts
 2 teaspoons corn oil margarine, melted
 2 teaspoons fresh lemon rind, grated, divided
 1 teaspoon fresh orange rind, grated
 Light brown sugar1 Teaspoon
 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
 Granulated Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 Milk fat1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs3 , separated
 Ricotta cheese3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender container or food processor combine cornflakes and Grape Nuts.
Process until crushed.
In a medium bowl combine crushed cereals, margarine, 1 teaspoon lemon rind, orange rind and brown sugar; mix well.
Over the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan press the cereal mixture.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Cool.
In the top of a double boiler combine 1/4 cup sugar and gelatin.
Stir in milk and egg yolks.
Let stand until gelatin softens.
