Ingredients

 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Grated rind and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon
 Grapefruit juice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple juice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger ale6 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
 Ice cubes
 Orange and lemon slices

Directions

Dissolve sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat.
Add grated rind of orange and lemon and allow to cool.
Combine fruit juices and syrup and chill.
Before serving, add chilled ginger ale, champagne, ice cubes and fruit slices.
