Citrus Champagne Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated rind and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon | ||
| Grapefruit juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger ale | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine | ||
| Ice cubes | ||
| Orange and lemon slices | ||
Directions
Dissolve sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat.
Add grated rind of orange and lemon and allow to cool.
Combine fruit juices and syrup and chill.
Before serving, add chilled ginger ale, champagne, ice cubes and fruit slices.
