Citron Lime Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Citron (vadukapuli naranga) 1 | ||
| Onion | 50 Gram (For 20) | |
| Green chillies | 4 Gram (For 20) | |
| Chilli powder | 10 Gram (For 20) | |
| Mustard seeds | 5 Gram (For 20) | |
| Ginger | 10 Gram (For 20) | |
| Vinegar | 15 Milliliter (For 20) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 20) | |
| Til oil 150 ml. | ||
Directions
1. Boil some water. Add salt and immerse citron. Leave it for 5 min-nutes.
2. Remove and wipe well. Cut into 1 cm. pieces.
3. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds.
4. As seeds crackle, add chopped onion, green chillies and ginger. Saute.
5. Add red chilli powder. Fry for 2 minutes longer.
6. Add citron pieces. Add salt and vinegar. Bring to boil.
7. Cook for a further 10 minutes and remove.
