 Citron (vadukapuli naranga) 1
 Onion50 Gram (For 20)
 Green chillies4 Gram (For 20)
 Chilli powder10 Gram (For 20)
 Mustard seeds5 Gram (For 20)
 Ginger10 Gram (For 20)
 Vinegar15 Milliliter (For 20)
 Salt To Taste (For 20)
 Til oil 150 ml.

Directions

1. Boil some water. Add salt and immerse citron. Leave it for 5 min-nutes.
2. Remove and wipe well. Cut into 1 cm. pieces.
3. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds.
4. As seeds crackle, add chopped onion, green chillies and ginger. Saute.
5. Add red chilli powder. Fry for 2 minutes longer.
6. Add citron pieces. Add salt and vinegar. Bring to boil.
7. Cook for a further 10 minutes and remove.
