Easy Cioppino Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion flakes | 2 Tablespoon, dehydrated | |
| 2 tablespoons dehydrated bell pepper flakes | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon, drained | |
| Basil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar | ||
| Rosemary | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound assorted boned fish and shellfish, cut in 1-inch pieces | ||
Directions
In saucepan combine all ingredients except fish.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until reduced by half.
Add fish, cover, and simmer until fish is done.
Divide evenly.
