Ingredients

 Tomato juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Onion flakes2 Tablespoon, dehydrated
 2 tablespoons dehydrated bell pepper flakes
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Capers1 Tablespoon, drained
 Basil2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar
 Rosemary1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 1 pound assorted boned fish and shellfish, cut in 1-inch pieces

Directions

In saucepan combine all ingredients except fish.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until reduced by half.
Add fish, cover, and simmer until fish is done.
Divide evenly.
