Simmered Cioppino Recipe

Ingredients
| Grouper fish | 16 Ounce | |
| Tomato juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion flakes | 2 Tablespoon, dehydrated | |
| Pepper flakes | 2 Tablespoon, dehydrated | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon vinegar-packed capers, drained | ||
| Basil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except fish in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cook at high heat until reduced almost half.
Add fish, cover and simmer until fish is done.
