Ingredients

16 ounces assorted fish and shellfish (grouper, cod, clams, halibut, etc.) cut in 1 inch pieces
2 cups tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
2 tablespoons dehydrated pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon vinegar-packed capers, drained
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon rosemary
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar

How to make Cioppino

Combine all ingredients except fish in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cook at high heat until reduced almost half.
Add fish, cover and simmer until fish is done.
