Directions
Combine rice, raisins, cinnamon, onion and garlic powders, salt, black pepper and water in a medium size saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with almonds.
