Cinnamon Cheese Balls Recipe
Cinnamon Cheese Balls gives a rich flavor to pecans. Variations of your own can be tried out, just use a few ounces of creativity and brew your own masterpiece cheese balls. Give this cinnamon cheese balls a try.
Ingredients
2 Packages (3 Ounces Each) Cream Cheese, Softened
Salt, To Taste
1 Cup Finely Chopped Toasted Pecans
1/4 Cup Minced Dill Pickles
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, pickles and cinnamon.
Season with salt to taste.
Refrigerate, covered, until chilled.
Drop from teaspoon into pecans, then roll into small balls.
Serve chilled.
Variations: Substitute 1 tablespoons sweet pickle relish and 3/4 teaspoon curry powder for dill pickles and cinnamon, roll in coconut instead of pecans.
Substitute 1/4 cup minced kosher dill pickles and 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds for dill pickles and cinnamon, roll in a mixture made of 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and finely chopped, mixed with 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
Omit pecans.
