 Regular4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apples1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 1/3 cup chopped Diamond Walnuts
 Cinnamon2 Teaspoon
 2 tablespoons soft Land O'Lakes Butter
 Confectioner’s sugar1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 1 to 2 tablespoons orange or apple juice

Directions

Scald milk; stir in 1/3 cup sugar, salt and 1/4 cup butter.
Cool to lukewarm.
Soften yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
Stir in milk mixture and eggs.
Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough.
Knead on well-floured surface until smooth and satiny, 5 to 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, turning dough to grease all sides.
Cover; let rise in warm place (85° to 90° F.) until light and doubled, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Combine apples, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, walnuts and cinnamon.
Roll out dough on floured surface to a 15x11-inch rectangle.
Spread with soft butter.
Top with apple mixture.
Starting with 15-inch side, roll jelly-roll fashion; seal edges.
Cut in half.
Place each half in greased 9x5x3-inch pan.
Cut with scissors into 10 slices.
Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until deep golden brown.
Remove from pan.
Combine confectioners' sugar and orange juice to make a glaze.
Frost warm loaves.
