Cinnamon Sugar Cookies Recipe
|Reduced calorie stick margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Sugar||12 Tablespoon, divided (2/3 Cup Plus 1 1/2 Tablespoons)|

|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon, divided|

Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; gradually add to margarine mixture, beating well.
Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons flour evenly over work surface.
Turn dough out onto floured surface.
Lightly flour hands, and shape dough into 16 balls.
Combine remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and remaining 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Roll balls in sugar mixture.
Place balls, 3 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheets.
Pat each into a 2-inch circle.
Bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden.
Remove from cookie sheets; let cool completely on wire racks.
