Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Warm water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry yeast package | 1/2 | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft butter, sugar, cinnamon | ||
Directions
Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter in saucepan on stove until butter melts.
Cool Dissolve yeast in water.
Add to first mixture and add beaten eggs and flour.
Beat until dough is smooth.
Knead quickly on lightly floured board.
Divide into three portions.
Roll each 1/2 inch thick.
Spread with softened butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll.
Slice in 1 inch slices and put in greased pan.
Cover.
Let rise until double in size.
Bake at 350 - 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting flavored with rum
