Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| Beaten eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Raisin bread slices | 10 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 10 Tablespoon |
Directions
In shallow bowl or pie plate combine eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon.
Dip each slice bread on both sides into egg mixture.
In heavy skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium-hot coals.
Fry bread on both sides till golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Add additional butter each time more bread is added.
