Cinnamon Nut Balls Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine, soft
3 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat margarine, sugar replacement, egg and vanilla until creamy.
Add flour mixture, stirring to mix completely.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Shape level tablespoonfuls of cookie dough into balls and roll each one in mixture of cinnamon and walnuts.
Place on greased cookie sheets 2 in. (5 cm) apart.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
