Cinnamon Flop Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| All purpose flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plenty of ground cinnamon | ||
Directions
Mix melted butter with sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Sift flour with baking powder and add alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour.
Spread mixture in a well-buttered 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar, dot with butter, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400° F.) for about 30 minutes.
Serve warm, cut into squares.
