Cinnamon Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | ||
| 2/3 cup sifted confectioners' | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup evaporated milk or top milk | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add chocolate and butter or margarine to melt over hot water.
2) Remove from heat and fold in sugar, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and salt into the mixture.
3) Beat thoroughly, until the mixture turns smooth and of spreading consistency.
SERVING
4) Use the mixture to frost a cake.
