Directions

Lightly spray two 10-x-5-inch loaf pans with vegetable oil.
Make dough for Basic Bread and let rise the first time.
Roll out dough and spread with half of the margarine.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
Reserve 1 tablespoon for topping and sprinkle remainder over dough.
Roll dough lengthwise like a jellyroll.
Shape into a loaf and cut into two parts.
Pinch ends together and tuck under.
Place in prepared loaf pans and spread remaining margarine over the top.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Sprinkle each loaf with half of the remaining 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Bake loaves 50 minutes.
Remove loaves from pans and cool on a wire rack.
