Cinnamon Apple Custard Recipe

Directions
Peel, core, and chop apples.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Toss to completely mix.
Scald the milk.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar replacement and fructose.
Gradually beat milk into egg mixture.
Divide the apple mixture evenly among eight custard cups.
Pour egg-milk mixture over the apple mixture.
Place custard cups in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
Custard is done when tip of a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
