Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. Peel and chop one apple.
3. Put it into the food processor.
4. Add orange juice and almond butter and blend it to a smooth consistency.
5. Add maple syrup and blend again.
6. Break eggs into this mixture and blend it.
7. Add cinnamon, vanilla extract and sea salt. Blend it well.
8. Pour this batter into a glass pie dish.
9. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
10. Keep it aside to cool.
11. Chop the raw pecans and take it on a baking sheet.
12. Bake it in the toaster at 400 degrees F for 3 ½ minutes.

SERVING
13. Serve Creamy Cinnamon Apple Cake layered with maple cream and topped with toasted pecans.
