Ingredients
| 8-10 pancakes | ||
| 4 large Bramley apples, peeled and cored and sliced | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| 6 oz demerara sugar | ||
| Butter | 6 Ounce (Filling:) | |
Directions
Put the pancakes on one side.
Put the apples in a saucepan and gently cook with, cinnamon, sugar and 4 oz (100 g) of butter, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until the apples are tender and the mixture is a thick pulp.
Spread the pancakes on a flat surface and spoon some of the apple filling on to each and roll them up.
Melt the remaining butter in a large frying pan, and fry the rolled up pancakes on all sides until they are brown.
Pile on a warm serving dish and sprinkle with a little extra sugar and cinnamon.
