Ingredients

 
Fresh cilantro - 1 cup
 
Fresh mint - 1 cup
 
Green chili - 2 to 3
 
Roasted peanuts - 1/2 to 1 tablespoon
 
Lime - 1/2, freshly squeezed
 
Salt - to taste
 
Water - as required
 
Sugar - 1 pinch

Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, blend the cilantro, mint, peanuts and green chili together adding a little water and lime juice into a smooth paste.
2) In a small bow, transfer the chutney, add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
3) Add a few more drops of lime juice, if required and mix thoroughly.

SERVING
4) Use the coriander and mint chutney in a sandwich as a spread or with any kind of snack.
