Cilantro Chicken Recipe

|Minced fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon|

Mix the lime juice, oil and honey in a shallow bowl.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Dip the chicken into the lime juice mixture, then coat with the tortilla chips.
Place in an ungreased 7xll inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
Mix the salsa and cilantro together; pour over the chicken.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
