Directions
For cilantro infused tequila
1. In a jar, put some cilantro and add in tequila, put the lid on and allow it to infused for 2 or more days.
MAKING
For margarita
2. In a glass, pour in the tequila, add the ice cube to fill the glass.
3. Top it up with San Pellegrino and lime juice, and stir with a spoon to mix.
SERVING
4. Serve chilled garnished with a lime slice and cilantro sprig.
