Cider Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
3/4- pt. water
1/2 pt. dry cider
5 oz. sugar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. gelatine
Directions
Heat the water and sugar.
Dissolve the gelatine in the hot syrup and add the cider and lemon juice.
Pour into moulds to set.
The jelly may be used as a basis for setting fruit.
