Cider Cup Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange Ice Ring | ||
| Apple cider | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Light corn syrup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger ale | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Mint | ||
Directions
1. One or two days ahead, make Orange Ice Ring so it will be frozen firm.
2. Combine the cider, imitation-orange-juice concentrate and com syrup in a large pitcher. Chill at least 3 hours.
3. Just before serving, pour mixture into a punch bowl; stir in ginger ale. Add ice ring. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint.
