Crab Chowder Recipe
Ciab Chowder has a unique taste. Ciab Chowder must be tried by non vegetarians. Ciab Chowder is easy to make.
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whites of 3 leeks, minced | ||
| Chicken broth | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 4 , peeled | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crab meat | 5 Ounce, canned | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Ounce | |
| Kirsch | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Salt and pepper chives, chopped | ||

Directions
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Cook leeks until tender.
Add broth and potatoes.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Over low heat, simmer 20 minutes.
In a blender, puree mixture.
Return to saucepan.
Fold in milk, crab, sherry and kirsch.
Reheat without boiling.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped chives.
