Chutney Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce carton plain yogurt | ||
| Chutney | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green onion | 1 , sliced | |
| 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Curry powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mint leaves | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Place pork, lamb, or chicken in a plastic bag set into a shallow dish.
For marinade, combine yogurt, chutney, oil, green onion, mustard, curry powder, and mint.
Pour over meat.
Close bag.
Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Remove pork, lamb, or chicken from marinade and grill.
