Chutney Lamb Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 beaten egg
 
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
 
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
 
1/2 cup chopped chutney
 
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
 
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb

Directions

In bowl combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, chutney, celery salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Add ground lamb; mix well.
Pat meat mixture into an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350° oven about 1 hour.
Drain off fat.
Serve meat loaf with additional chutney, if desired.
