Chutney Ham & Cheese Grill Recipe
Ingredients
| Sourdough bread slice | 8 | |
| 1/2 cup chutney or apricot preserves | ||
| Cooked ham slice | 8 , reduced | |
| Swiss Cheese slice | 4 , reduced | |
| Butter flavor no-stick cooking spray | ||
Directions
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney.
To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheese and 1 slice bread, chutney-side down. Lightly spray cooking spray on both sides of sandwiches. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place sandwiches into 12-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes). Turn; continue cooking until golden brown (1 to 2 minutes).
