Ingredients
1). 1 cup fresh/frozen coconut
2). 1 handfull cilantro
3). 4 green chillies
4). 1" piece ginger
5). 1 small clove of garlic
6). 1 tbsp cashew
7). salt to taste
8). 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
9). 5 pepper corns
10). 1/2 of a lemon
11). 1 tsp chopped onion
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients except lemon and grind to a smooth paste by adding about 1/4 cup water.(Do not add much as this is a thick chutney)
2. Remove from blender, squeeze lemon and serve with any snacks.

This sounds great but I am ot sure what a flake of garlic is? Maybe a clove?
