Chutney for snacks Recipe
Ingredients
| Fresh coconut/Frozen coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon (1 handful) | |
| Green chillies | 4 | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
| Garlic clove | 1 Small | |
| Cashew | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Cumin seeds | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorns | 5 | |
| Lemon | 1⁄2 | |
| Chopped onion | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients except lemon and grind to a smooth paste by adding about 1/4 cup water.(Do not add much as this is a thick chutney)
2. Remove from blender, squeeze lemon and serve with any snacks.

This sounds great but I am ot sure what a flake of garlic is? Maybe a clove?
