 Wholemeal bread slices 4
 Cucumber1
 Tomato2
 Beetroot1
 Chaat masala1 Teaspoon

 Coriander1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Butter
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Place the bread slices on a cutting board.
Butter each one of them generously.
Follow it up by liberally spreading mint coriander chutney on each bread slice.
Next, take the above mentioned veggies and layer them on 2 of the bread slices.
The quantity and combinations can vary according to your preference.
Sprinkle a little pepper and salt as per taste.
A pinch of chaat masala on the veggies works wonders Top the slices with the remaining two pieces.
The edges of the sandwiches can be trimmed if desired.
They may even be cut into halves and served.
