Chutney Glazed Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese package | 2 , softened | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cream cheese package | 2 , softened | |
| Curry powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chutney | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Scallions | 1 Bunch (100gm), finely chopped |
Directions
Mix the two cheeses thoroughly.
Add sherry, curry powder, and salt; mix.
Spread mixture 1/2 inch thick on serving platter; chill until firm.
At serving time spread top with chutney and sprinkle with scallions.
Serve with sesame rounds.
Looks pretty with green (scallions) and red (pimiento) garnish during the holidays.
