| Chicken breasts | 2 1/2 Pound | |
| Chutney | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Directions
Preheat the broiler.
Place chicken pieces, skin side down, on an unheated rack in a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 15 to 18 minutes or till chicken is lightly browned.
Meanwhile, for chutney sauce, in a small saucepan stir together chutney, butter or margarine, lemon juice, and pepper.
Cook mixture over medium heat till butter melts and mixture bubbles, stirring occasionally.
Turn chicken pieces and broil for 10 to 15 minutes more or till no longer pink, brushing chicken with some of the chutney sauce during the last 2 minutes of broiling.
Spoon remaining chutney sauce over chicken.
Garnish with green onion fans, if desired.
