Chutney Recipe
Chutney is simply a delicious and mouth-watering recipe. Try this amazingly tempting recipe; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments for this Chutney.

Ingredients
| Apples | 4 Pound | |
| 4 lb. pears peeled and cut in long strips | ||
| 4 lb. demerara sugar or 3 lb. demerara and 1 lb. brown sugar | ||
| Seedless raisins | 1 Pound | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Pound, chipped | |
| Garlic | 2 Ounce | |
| White vinegar | 1 Quart | |
| Salt | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dried chilies | 1 Ounce | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Boil sugar and vinegar for 20 minutes.
Add other ingredients, stirring constantly until apples are soft and mixture is thickened.
Spoon into jars and seal.
If desired, apples, ginger and garlic may be put through food chopper.
