Chunky Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
4 green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 1/2 tablespoons dried cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 1/4 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
Serve with meat or as a dip.
