Chunky Tomato Vinaigrette Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Red wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/4 pounds tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Basil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine vinegars, liquid Butter Buds, and sugar in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Set aside.
Place chopped tomatoes, onions, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Gently stir in vinegar mixture.
Let stand 1 hour before serving.
