Chunky Sweet N Sour Sauce Recipe

| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat until hot.
Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
Add brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, paprika and water; stir until blended.
Cook over medium heat 1 minute.
In measuring cup, mix cornstarch with about 3 tablespoons sauce mixture.
Gradually stir cornstarch mixture into sauce mixture.
Add pineapple, tomato, green pepper and onion.
Cook, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes until sauce thickens and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
