Chunky Roquefort Dressing Recipe
|Vegetable oil||1/2 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1/4 Cup (16 tbs)|
|2 tbsp milk or light cream|
|1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese|
In bowl, beat together oil, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper to taste; gently stir in cheese. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Makes about 1 cup (250 ml).
