Chunky Roquefort Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsp milk or light cream | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| 1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese | ||
Directions
In bowl, beat together oil, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper to taste; gently stir in cheese. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Makes about 1 cup (250 ml).
