Chunky Primavera Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 | |
| Tomatoes | 2 | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Green onions with tops - 2, chopped | ||
| Cocktail vegetable juice - 1 cup | ||
| Red wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a medium bowl, combine together the cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, green onions, vinegar, vegetable juice and pepper. Stir well.
2) Cover the vegetable mixture and chill it for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
SERVING
3) Serve the Chunky Primavera Soup chilled as an appetizer.
