Chunky Peanut Sauce Recipe

 Peanut oil2 Tablespoon
 Green onions3 , minced
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Hot pepper flakes1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
 Strong chicken stock1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
 Chopped peanuts3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon, freshly squeezed
 Dark brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Minced cilantro2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)

To prepare chunky peanut sauce, heat oil in saucepan.
Saute onions, garlic, and hot-pepper flakes for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Mix in stock, peanuts, lime juice, sugar, and cilantro.
Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often.
If sauce cools and thickens, add hot water, 2 tablespoons at a time, until mixture reaches desired thickness.
