Chunky Lentil Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole tomatoes - 1 (14.5 or 16-oz.) can, un-drained & cut up | ||
| Lentils | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Carrot | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Hungry Jack Mashed - 1/2 cup | ||
| Potato Flakes - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Kielbasa | 6 Ounce | |
| Chicken-flavor instant bouillon or chicken bouillon cubes - 2 teaspoons or 2 cubes | ||
| Marjoram leaves | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a large saucepan and combine all ingredients in it. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2) Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for about 35-40 minutes or until the lentils turn tender.
SERVING
3) Remove bay leaf and serve immediately.
