Chunky Ham And Corn Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 full cups diced Dubuque 97% fat-free ham or any extra-lean ham | ||

| 1 1/2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed | ||

| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 cup diced raw potatoes | ||
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine ham, onion, celery, and corn.
Stir in evaporated skim milk, celery soup, potatoes, parsley flakes, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
