Chunky Gingered Cranberry Sauce are flavorful as well as rich. I made this Chunky Gingered Cranberry Sauce last night and thought it was great. You will like the fact that it comes cheap too!
Ingredients
| Apple Juice | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried cranberries | 3 Ounce | |
| Chopped | 1 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, minced |
Directions
In saucepan combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil; simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool.
