Chunky Gingered Cranberry Sauce are flavorful as well as rich. I made this Chunky Gingered Cranberry Sauce last night and thought it was great. You will like the fact that it comes cheap too!

1 1/4 cups (295 ml) apple cider or juice
 
3-oz pkg (90 g) Dried Cranberries
 
1 cup (240 ml) chopped dried apples or pears
 
1/3 cup (80 ml) raisins
 
1 1/2 tsp (8 ml)Fresh Ginger, minced

Directions

In saucepan combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil; simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool.
