Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cheese soup
1 can mushrooms, cut up
1 stewed chicken, cut up
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (opt.)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Ige. cans Chinese noodles
Directions
Melt butter; add chopped celery, bell pepper and onion.
Brown lightly.
Add cornstarch and soups; stir well.
Add mushrooms, chicken and eggs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over noodles.
